hello doctor I had an hernia operation in nov since then I haven't been myself at could anxiety came down after surgery and im in perimenopause have bad insomnia I feel like not myself I have gerd diabetes gastritis duodenitis I have to take out my gallbladder I feel almost lost I have ear ache I feel horrible everyday blurry vision headaches etc
