Hello Doctor, I Have A Reoccurring Tonsillitis And For Now

hello doctor, I have a reoccurring tonsillitis and for now days I don't feel any pain in both of them. But when I saw in mirror I notice that my right tonsil is sort of swallowed & reddish. My doctor said that I have still sort of infection. they prescribed me levocitrizine & azithromycin 250. I have a allergy by ciproxin, cifloxin, ciprodoxin.

now what should I do ? Please suggest ..!!
