Hello Doctor, I Have Been Suffering From Dry Cough For

hello doctor,
I have been suffering from dry cough for one and half month. on the prescribed of doctor I took firstly, azythromicine 500 mg with montilucast 10 mg and anti alargic medicine like ebatine. after getting no response from these, doctor prescribed me predinisolone, once daily for 1 weeek. It worked, but after passing 7 days the cough returned back. then I was advised to have some tests, like chest x-ray, CBC, cough test for Tuberculosis and urine test. my all reports were good but ESR found 23 & pus cells in urine 5-8. then doctor prescribed me to take levofloxacine 500 mg, once daily for 5 days, Fexofenadine 120 mg for 7 days(0+0+1), Levosulbutamol1 mg(1+1+1) & butamirate citrate 50 mg(1+0+1). Now I am felling few improvemnets.. Idid not have any breathing trubles ever.. at past I sufferd long from feringities. I have histry of seasonal dry cough..But it never took such long time to get cured..I am cofused a lot...what is my problem actually? am I walking on the right path?
