Hello Doctor, My Mom Is Affected With Severe A PLASTIC

hello doctor,
My Mom is affected with severe A PLASTIC ANEMIA and we have been treating her for the past 2 months with the combination of electrombobag in the morning 4 am + cyclosporine,danagen, flovit, neurobin,
she had thrice fever with shiverings and whenever she had a fever we use to give antibiotics and we take cultures, once cultures shows no growth we will stop the anti biotics....now nothing is responding for my mom and 3 weeks back she has been affected with vaginal infections and she is not recovered with that infection
Now she developed with respiratory probelems and doctor says she has cardiac issues also ....

Now we have not even thinking of going next level of ATG injection which will be extremely difficult in this stage
please suggest or give your opinion to proceed further
