Hello Doctor, Actually My Penis Slightly Bents Towards Right When

hello doctor,
actually my penis slightly bents towards right when it gets erected. Is it normal or what I have to do to cure it?
also I have tiny but large no. of pimples or some tiny bumps or papules( I actually don't know what it is called).What is the cue of it?

Are above two things are related to each other and how to cure these things?
