Hello Doctor , Can I Check With You Recently I

hello doctor , can i check with you recently i was admitted due to viral fever than from the blood test i get to know i am anemic due to iron defieciency. But previously during every mth before and after period i will find a kind of dizzy but i used to eat spirulina. But after admission doctor starter to precribe obimin tablet. But i wanted to ask whether can i take neurobion, because ever since deliver my 3rd baby i noticed my nerve and bones, arm , chest and neck pain due to cold and gas trouble. Can you please help to advice ?
