Hello Doctor I Am 18 Years Old And I Want

hello doctor i am 18 years old and i want to grow as i think i was nutrient deficient thats why my height did not attain its maximum size i have heard that a product named peak height maximizer designed by a us doctor helps growth of bones even after your bones get fused your spine bone cartillages coccyx etc grow and this will make our height grow 1 to 6 inches the products say this is it true should i try or my money and time would go waste....please if you can help me grow my height an give tips to me that really work i would be really thankful to you
