Hello Doctor I Am 33 Yrs Old. For The Past

hello doctor i am 33 yrs old. for the past 1 yr i tried for second baby normally.but it was not success. last manth also my doctor gave clomipure for 5 days from the 2-nd day of mensus.if it failures she advice to go for injection method.today is the 2-nd day of mensus but the hospital is close today. so can i take clomipure of own without her advice for this month and please tell about the injection method.thank you
