Hello Doctor I Am A 33 Yr Old .I Already

hello doctor i am a 33 yr old .I already had c section for two times .Now i am having an Echogenic calculus of 14mm is seen in lumen. So my point is that i am confuse of having operate again because of that backbone injection for numbness and the side effects from injection and off course when they remove stone from gallbladder after that have to suffer frm bad digestive system and many more side effects. i wants to knowall this is true.please guide me doctor.
