Hello Doctor I Had A DNS Operation 4 Month Ago

i had a DNS operation 4 month ago , before operation i were not able to breathe properly now its okie. now the problem is even after four months of operation on every 3 or 4 day i feel one operated side of nose (maximum right side) get slightly congested. as well if i do not take anti allergic medicine or nasal drop i couldnt able to breathe deeply. i get sharp pain or heaviness deep down somewhere in wind pipe or lungs. i use zystec and rhinoset . though i know thats not good for my health. Please suggest me what are the possible reason?
