Hello Doctor I Havent Done Sex But My Partner Fingered

i havent done sex but my partner fingered me on 17 august and there were chances of precum on his fingers.I took ipill within 6 hours and then my periods were delayed by 1 week and i got periods on 24 august.Then there were no periods in the month of september and suddenly in the month of october from 9th i started bleeding but its very less more of a spotting.
Kindly consult whether there are chances of pregency or not and if not then what it is????
