Hello Doctor I Just Wanted To Know That I Recently

i just wanted to know that i recently have suffered from a few cut on my foreskin. i think its probably due to dry skin and masturbation , i'm not sure though
it does kinda have that mild irritating burn type of sensation of a cut
i see a skin healing blackish scab now, but hasnt healed yet
what do i do and what precautions i should take and also tell me how i may avoid such things in near future also
