Hello Doctor I M Pregnant For A Month And I

hello doctor i m pregnant for a month and i m suffering from allergy and symptoms are i do sneeze a lot and it get worse when i wake up in morning due to which my nose swallon from inside and form lots of mucus which narrow my airways and it become hard to breathe so i do take montair lc which was prescribed by my doc. earlier my pregnency but i dont know what to do as my gyn. said no to take any medicine but then how to cure it doc. plz help me out.
