Hello Doctor Im Just A Little Worried About My Blood

hello doctor im just a little worried about my blood test results. im currently a multiple myeloma patient for 4 1/2 years with the majority of that time i have had the myeloma well controlled . my blood tests every month have always been in the normal range until this last one. i am being treated with revlimid 10 mg caps 21 days on 7 days off and zometa iv every 3 months. my alt was 983 ast 650 alp 237 and my iga 421 my kappa free 1.95 normal kappa lambda ratio 1.09. i took another blood test on my week off of revlimid and my liver enzyme numbers came down to alt 330 ast 58 alp 179.could it be from my revlimid?
