Hello Doctor !!! I'm Married And Missed My Periods, So

hello doctor !!!
i'm married and missed my periods, so was doubting about my pregnancy so checked using home pregnancy kit, its showed negative , even consulted doctor she suggested take Cycloreg tablet and till now i have not missed my periods and my period cycle is 25 days its now 8 days but still not got the periods , please guide me
