Hello Doctor.. Im Sonu.. Last Month I & My Wife

hello doctor.. im sonu.. last month i & my wife had sex on 16th day of mensturation cycle and my wife is now 4 days late of her periods date which was supposed to be on 29th Aug.. However there are no symptoms like nausea, vomiting, dizzines etc of being pregnant by far.. Can i do a home pregnancy test now or shud i wait for some more time? Which test kit shud i prefer which gives accurate and early results?
