Hello Doctor In 28yrs Female Undergone Fistula Surgery On 12

hello doctor in 28yrs female undergone fistula surgery on 12 Aug it's been 3 and half month but still I'm getting discharged from the wound and 5 to 6 times it has bleeded with gap of one week and I get pain after I pass my stool I feel like bum is swelled but no pain what should I accept is it my healing stage or is this sign of recurrence
