Hello Doctor My Wife Is 2 Months Pregnan..and Its Not

hello doctor my wife is 2 months pregnan..and its not her 1st time to be pregnant..but this time in her 2 months she is always suffering of vomitting...specially if she wants to eeat something and she did not eat it she will vomit the whole day which is not normal for a pregnant.and if she eat what she like then she will not feel to vomit and its a relief...i want your advice of what are we gonna do doctor thank you....ps:is it ok to take a generic folic acid vitamins?
