Hello Doctor, Since Last 10 Months My Periods Are Are

hello doctor, since last 10 months my periods are are not well. it come either for one or two days only. i have also consult my gyno but no result. In last week i also go for ulltrasoud and everything was normal. she said that i have approx. 14 follicle in my ovry. what medicine or which treatment i should prefer. i have a child also. will this illness affect in my pregnancy in future?
