Hello Doctor!My Age Is 29 . I Recently Had Laproscopy

hello doctor!My age is 29 . i recently had laproscopy for PCO. my doctor said that there were adhesions of uterus and my left fallopian tube is completely damaged. Doctor also said that she has opened the tubes and have ruptured all the cysts. i am having AKT 4 for almost 50 days. i am continuing akt4 even after laproscopy. i havent got my periods after laproscopy after 31 days. is this normal or should i get treatment? what is the reason for this delay?
