Hello Dr. I Am A 24 Year Old Male Having

hello dr.
I am a 24 year old male having masterbated almost daily 1-2 times.
now its causing all sorts of problems like hair fall,pimples,backpain,premature ejaculation.
The thing that worries me the most is that i had a semen test and no sperm found in it.
its only 1-2 ml watery fluid that comes out after evry ejaculation.
Please suggest me if i can get over all this.
