Hello Dr. Am 32 Yrs Old N Husband Is 34

hello dr. am 32 yrs old n husband is 34 yrs. all our reports r normal but now i went for iui on the 14th day itself my egg was 19mm on left side. after that iui has done.later doc prescribed me duphaston, sustan200,progynova 2mg,nutricell and other folic acid tablet.my last period was on dec18th.
but m getting saliva from mouth when i sleep...i feel quite tired in the morning...feel like sleepy.
what might be the cause? can u plz respond...how is the tab which doc prescribed me.
