Hello Dr. I Am 25 Weeks Pregnant With A History

hello dr. i am 25 weeks pregnant with a history of miscarriage at 14 weeks last year. From past 2 days, i am experiencing severe gastric problems like belching n have stomach pain. I have not suffered from constipation so far, however i am feeling the urge to go pass motion, but there is nothing usually except one time motion in the morning.
Kindly suggest whether i can take digene tablet, also how many tablets should be taken in a day, if it is allowed during pregnancy.
