Hello Dr ,i Felt Pain In My Neck (throat) So

hello dr ,i felt pain in my neck (throat)
so i went to endocrinologist and she asked to do ultra sound on the neck
and the neck sonograghy revealed :both thyroid lobes and isthmus are diffusely enlarged displaying coarse inhomogenous echopaterrn with no focal nodules and the conclusion says :sonographic picture of thyrodits
so what do you think does it require any medication and should i worry about the pain
