hello earlier today my left arm was hurting. Like I had lifted something. tonight it is my right upper portion is feeling the same way. also now it is in my shoulders . I have not done anything strenuous. I am a 59 year old female. I am 4ft 11 inches tall weigh 140 pounds and am a smoker. for over twenty years. should I be concerned?
