Hello, Ever Since I Can Remember, I Have Always Had

hello, ever since I can remember, I have always had extremelely wrinkled hands (very deep wrinkles) on my hnads and feet. I put moisturizer on throughout the day and ive never had any improvements. I have even tried chemical peels but that only helps a little for only about a week. my knuckles are very thick and is where most of the deep wrinkles are. even the skin on my palms and bottom of my feet are very thick and dry. during the winter it is even worse since my palms and bottom of feet crack. this is very embarrassing and every single day I do whatever it takes to makes improvements, but nothimg. therefore I just hide my hands. :/
