Hello-experiencing Burning Intermittent Severe Pain Behind Knee And Back Of

hello-experiencing burning intermittent severe pain behind knee and back of hamstring.comes and goes fast.Its lke someone put a lighter behind my leg for about 5 seconds. Fairly active,not sports related.just started recently,last 2 evenings.i guess I think it would be like a heart attack in my leg??any ideas.
