Hello, For Couple Of Days Now My Top Lip Feels

hello, for couple of days now my top lip feels tingly and numb so does my right arm and fingers. My arm feels heavy and numb at times. My hand sometimes loses strength. I have chest pains going to by shoulder upper back. My blood pressure was 145/80 usually 91/65. Headaches come and go also light headed.
