Hello For The Few Months No Ive Been Going Through

hello for the few months no ive been going through upper and left quadrant abdominal pain, had the runs for just shy of 2 weeks and a month ago and today every single joint in my body hurts. The pain hurts like growing pains. Ive had 2 ct scans, blood work up the wazoo urine and stool tests colonoscopy the works and everything comes back fine my doctor is stumped ay suggestions
