Hello For The Past Few Years I Have Been Dealing

hello for the past few years i have been dealing with tightness in my scalp it doesn't hurt but very irritating sometimes its ok other times its super tight to where i panic it makes me uneasy when im at work or if i am not wearing a hat. I spoke with a neurologist once and they told me that my sensors may be off. Is there any advice i can have
