Hello, Gud Morning. My Husband Is Post Operated Kedney Transplant

hello, gud morning. my husband is post operated kedney transplant patient 8 years ago(april,2008). now, he is suffered with some problems.gradually he loosing his weight from 8 months almost 20 kgs. now he is 40 kgs weight. doctors find he faced metabolic acidosis,and suggested the tablet nodosis 500mg.after usage of one month he will be started recovery and again 3 kgs weight,but unfortunately from last 20 days he couldnot able eat ,and he get vomitings.now again he became to 40 kgs.
