have very very sore cuts around my vagina and 1.5 inch long cuts by my clitoris. it is extremely painful and very very itchy. have applied cream given t me by doctors here but they don't know what it is...any ideas? area very inflamed and this is the second time I have had this issue in 2 months. but now boyfriend as splits at the end of his foreskin too....both in a lo of pain, doctors here have given me thrush treatment
