Hello Hcm, My Father Is 60 Years Old. He Is

hello hcm, my father is 60 years old. he is suffering from high tlc count from 15 days as per report his tlc count is 14500 and in dlc only monocyte and basophils is 0%, 1-2 pus cells in urine examination. he has illness, fever and head pain most of the time. treatment is ongoing but still he has all the problem can you please tell me 1. which type of test we should do? 2. should it be a major problem or not? 3. which type of treatment should be done.
