hello i am 21 year old medicine student i m suffering from external hemorrhoid since 2 months but the hemorrhoid pain and swallowed before it was all ready gone when i start yoga and proper diet food but now hemorrhoid begin to swell and pain full what should i do can you give me some suggestion
