Hello.. I Am 22 Yrs Old N Have Been Suffering

hello.. i am 22 yrs old n have been suffering from acne since 3-4 yrs now.. i consulted a dermatologist last year n she prescribed clindoxyl gel for me.. i hav been using that since d past one year.. bt now it is not available in the market.. so the chemist asked me to try aclind bp 5% as a substitute to clindoxyl gel... should i go ahead and use it?
