Hello I Am 41 Years Old And I Had A

hello i am 41 years old and i had a hystarectomey but i still have my right ovary. i woke up with this pain like my ovary wants to ovulate kinda like pms syptoms. The pain travels from my back to my from it woke me from my sleep i couldn't llay on tht side. It made me feel nauseated and sick.
Could it be my kidneys or my ovary?
