hello , i am 54 year old male, non diabetic, non smoker, my bp is 80-130 , all tests are normal , my height is 157.5 cms, weight is 69 kg, i don't consume tobacco , i am suffering erectile problem , prior to do oing sex i need to do oral then only i get erection , even after that it difficult to push put penis inside vagina, after 3-4 blow job i ejaculate. please suggest remedy for me.
