Hello ,i Am Mariyam. I Am Having Extreme Pain While

hello ,i am Mariyam. I am having extreme pain while urinating and at the end of urinating there is blood, and i am on my period. And also i have to urinate very frequently, but very less urine come, but each time have to face the same pain and there is blood. Should i get worried or its just typical period pain? this never happens to me before.
