Hello. I Am A 46 Years Healthy Male With Regular

hello. i am a 46 years healthy male with regular exercise (2 hours daily) and substantial intake of water, fruits and raw veg. Since past 1 year i am having irregular stool issues. my family doctor had initially suggested O2, but it will help temporarily for 2-3 weeks and then same problems. After 3-4 monthly courses of O2 (3 timesx3days each month), i was asked to remove stool report and based on it I was suggested to have Ciplox TZ. The end results are exactly similar to O2. It gives relief for 2-3 weeks post the medication and its back to same problem. I have done 4 courses (3 timesx3days each month) but once again its the same. The stools is not satisfactory and stomach starts feeling heavy and every thing being pushed upwards.

I do not have any kind of tobacco habit but consume alcohol generally over weekends (around 4 large pegs twice a week).

My sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure are in normal range.

Kindly suggest what should be done to cure this on a permanent basis.
