hello i am asking a question for a friend of mine who is approximately about 50 years of age. he has a bad tooth, that he believes is infected, recently he saying that hes having pains in his lungs , can an infected tooth spread to other areas of the body what would be your advice for him to do should he half the tooth pulled first or should he have his lungs checked first.
