Hello, I Am Experiencing A Stomach Ache, My Body Aches

hello, i am experiencing a stomach ache, my body aches everywhere, am having chest pains however, it is not constant. when i am moving around it is worse. as well as a lot of lower back pain and a headache. i have also been experiencing being light headed. I am also coughing however i stop myself whenever i am about to due to the pain in my lower back. I am very nauseous as well. was wondering what you would think it would be?
