Hello, I Am Freaking Out Because I Notice These Tiny

hello, i am freaking out because i notice these tiny bumps on the corners of my upper lip that arent visible unless you look closely. i have never had this problem before so i do not know what to do. what could have caused this? and how do i treat it?
