Hello, I Am Just Worrying As I Have A Viral

hello, i am just worrying as i have a viral infection and have been taking antibiotics as well as tylenol cold and sinus and robitussin cough medicine for the past few days. i have just realised that the tylenol box says not to take with other cough medicine. i have taken two rounds of robitussin today as well as two tylenols. i am starting to panic and feel like i am having anxiety at the fact that i may create some reaction from taking the two so much. should i be concerned?
