Hello. I Am Pregnant. I Dont Know How Far Along

hello. i am pregnant. i dont know how far along i am because i dont remember when my last period was. i feel like it was sometime in mid or late june though. over the last few days, ive started feeling a pinching feeling in my belly button.

it started out as being there only for a few moments but now it is constantly there. is this normal?
