hello. i am suffering from backache. according to doctors advice i did MRI of my Lumber spine. the results showedmild prominence of the left pelvicalyceal system and minor circumferential disc bulge at L5-S1 intending anterior thecal sac and lateral recesses. now would you please tell me what it this?
