Hello, I Experienced Flu Like Symptoms Around 5 Weeks Ago

hello, i experienced flu like symptoms around 5 weeks ago that included sneezing, blocked nose, severe headaches, sore throat and swollen glands in the neck.. these symptoms cleared up after around 2 weeks. however, afterwards i noticed a collection of small, red spots appearing on the underside of my forearms. these spots would change visibility and appear more red when i did any strenuous activity (i.e.: when resting the spots appeared faint and pale, although still somewhat visible). around one week ago i noticed a collection of red spots has also appeared on my penis (foreskin and glans) and testicles, and i have also broken out in what appears to be acne on my face. are these related to the cold/flu i experienced earlier or are the genital spots an STI I may have received?
