Hello I Found A Bump On My 10 Month Old

hello i found a bump on my 10 month old sons lower back right side just below his rib cage, it vary noticeable and easy to find and you can also feel a lump when your pinch the area. It doesn't seem to concern him at all though. just wondering if i should rush out to a clinic and have him looked at?
