Hello I Had A Miscarriage About 2 Months Ago And

i had a miscarriage about 2 months ago and i had my last period on march 11 i missed it in april and i did the home test it was positive i did the blood test at my ob gyn office last week and they said me levl was in the 400 i did another test on tuesday and they said that my level went down to 70 i have been bleeding for the past 10 days but i am having more pregnancy symptoms than before like my breasts are much more bigger and tender and my belly is bigger even though i have lost over 15 pounds over the last 3 weeks and it shows on my body also for the past couple of days i have been nauseous and more sleepy
