Hello I Had A Sexual Encounter Protected. And Oral UNPROTECTED..

hello i had a sexual encounter protected. and oral UNPROTECTED.. after that i suspected maybe an stds. so i took 1000mg of azitromycin for chlamydia and a single dose of ceftriaxone for gonorrhea. this was 3 weeks ago . i started getting red dots on penis head which is suspected was candida due to the antibiotics.. i started using clotrimazone for anti fungal purposes. and they went away..
i am taking probiotics and garlic etc. i have NO visible sores, NO discharge, NO burning while urinating.. but i do have a mild burn when sitting.. i think its the urethra opening.. it doesn't hurt to the touch but it hurts when it rubs on clothing.. it is a bit red.. not circumcised.. no other symptoms. is there a way the antibiotics didnt work? or you think its an effect from the candida? would just mild burning be a sympton of chlamydia? help
