Hello I Had Cellulitis 3 Months Ago And Went To

hello i had cellulitis 3 months ago and went to hospital they treated me for hypertension dehydration and with antibiotics i was doing good up until this week. now i had a reincurrance with the cellulitis now im back on a antibiotics but when i take my bp pill it makes my pulse rate run at 120. could i be dehydrated again plus ive lost 24lbs in a month watching what i eat
